Accepting these terms
By using this website or continuing to use our services, you agree to these terms. If you book for a group, you confirm you are of legal age and have permission to book on the group's behalf.
Our services
We sell flat coordination fees for travel arrangements in Majuro, Marshall Islands — such as arrival arrangements, accommodation coordination, day itineraries and lagoon excursions. Coordination fees cover our planning and arranging work only. Hotels, car rentals, boats, flights, meals and other provider costs are paid directly to those providers and are subject to their own terms. Each service has stated limits (such as group size and number of nights); please give us accurate travel dates and group details and keep them up to date.
Payments and orders
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy explains refund timing and date changes.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or our services, including: using them unlawfully; fraud, spam or false bookings; infringing anyone's intellectual property; or interfering with security — for example uploading malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping the site.
Intellectual property
We own the website, its content, guides, photos supplied by us, and the Blue Horizon branding. You may use the site for your own trip planning but may not copy or resell its content.
Availability and accuracy
We work hard to keep information accurate, but schedules, prices and availability set by airlines and local providers change. We do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for decisions made by third-party providers, weather or flight changes outside our control.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or end our services to you for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the coordination fees you paid us for the affected booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
