Blue Horizon Hospitality Group (trading as Blue Horizon Travel) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. That means we decide how and why your information is used.

What we collect and why

• Contact details (name, email) — to reply to enquiries and arrange bookings. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, or steps you ask us to take before one.
• Trip details (travel dates, group size, interests, messages) — to plan and coordinate your trip. Legal basis: contract.
• Chat assistant messages — to answer your travel questions. Conversations are kept in your own browser. Legal basis: legitimate interests in helping visitors.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited) — to keep the site secure and understand how it's used. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Card and payment details are collected directly by our payment provider, not by us.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host the website, send email and run the chat assistant for us.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our services, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Local providers (hotels, drivers, boat operators) — only the details needed to arrange what you booked.
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and restricted access to stored enquiries and bookings.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only essential storage — for example to keep your chat assistant conversation in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies. You can clear this storage at any time in your browser settings.
